Service Description
At Anya, we believe that a pregnancy is when we are to take utmost care of ourselves and incorporate as many practices as possible to keep you relaxed and comfortable throughout. We aim to do this through- 1. Āsana practice to manage pain and keep you agile; 2. Prānāyāmā practice to keep the breath even and relaxed which will further keep the cortisol level in check; and 3. Yoga Nidrā and visualisation practices to keep the mind calm and relieve stress.
